Meet Erin — A passionate artist and muralist who is always searching for new projects to tackle.
Erin Bower is a young artist currently residing in Austin Tx. She was born and raised in Houston Texas and got her bachelor’s degree from Texas State university in San Marcos in 2015. The tragedy of her grandfather passing away during her Junior year of college shifted her focus away from corporate design, and opened her eyes to the world of portrait painting. Around the same time she also began interning with a local Austin mural production company. These two very important events set her on the path that she currently follows.
Erin’s painting skills are almost entirely self taught. Because of her range in interests and her self taught nature, Erin’s body of work features a wide variety of projects. She can successfully complete everything from portraits and architectural paintings to colorful murals showcasing animals. She strives to connect all these abilities, and continue to work on art that impacts the lives of others in a meaningful way.

The Process — How it’s made.
Erin’s daily schedule is a constantly shifting to do list. Some projects call for her to be sitting in her home studio painting a portrait, and for others she finds herself painting a public wall. She enjoys the variety in her life and is always excited to find out what is next to come.
